Larry MacEachern is a facilitator and strategist. He has developed and executed strategies for a range of brands in the beverage alcohol, business to business, education, health care, media, retail, tourism and hospitality categories. The range of product and corporate branding exercises is significant. He has also managed complex international brand marketing challenges in the role of strategic planner.
Larry combines strategic leadership with a facilitative approach in bringing relevant perspectives to strategic engagements. As a facilitator, he has trained in Integral Facilitation, Art of Hosting and in brainstorming methodologies. Larry plays the role of coach with his teams and facilitates the development of strategy and big ideas. He has designed and hosted stakeholder consultation processes, complex strategic planning exercises and ideation sessions for a range of clients.
Larry's career has been spent in Halifax and Toronto. Over the past 25 years he has fulfilled a wide range of roles from media planner to account director to strategic planner to facilitator and brand planner. He has also taught at the MBA level at Dalhousie University. This range of experience enables him to bring a wide perspective to his clients. The wisdom of experience combined with natural skill as a facilitator make him uniquely qualified as a brand coach to guide individuals and teams through their strategic questions.
He holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University and an undergraduate business degree from St FX University.
